It was purchased in 1939 by the North family and has been a well known part of the community ever since. Over the years it has increased in size from a single shop selling children's clothes, hosiery and knitting wool, to 3 shops supplying Abingdon and the surrounding areas with an exceptional range of Sewing, Knitting and Needlecraft Products as well as fashion crafts such as Jewellery making, card making, cake decorations and scrap booking.
