Payment Policy
Once you have selected your chosen products, we require you to click on "Checkout" and fill in your personal details. This will allow us to make the order. All our prices are in sterling. We accept credit or debit cards over the internet only. We will not accept payment via the phone, fax or mail. We will also not accept cheques or postal orders. All payments will be handled with SECPay. SECPay can handle cards from all major card issuers, including Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express and Diners.

Backorders: if your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel if you would rather not wait. If it is part of an order, goods in stock will be sent immediately and back orders will be sent out with no postage charge.

Shipping Information
We aim to ship all order 24-48 hours from receipt of payment. However, please allow up to 28 days for delivery, as occasionally some items may not be in stock. In the unlikely case that there is a delay of more than 28 days; we will notify you as soon as possible. We do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. All packages are sent by first class mail within the UK at a set charge of £2.00 per order. We reserve the right to change our postage policy in the future.

Returns and Exchange
In the unlikely event of faulty items needing to be returned, please return to us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace or refund the purchase price, plus the cost of your return postage.

We will refund or exchange kits providing they are unopened and in a saleable condition. We do not exchange cut fabric or threads expect in the event of the fabric or thread being faulty. Books cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please contact us by email. info@masonsneedlecraft.co.uk

Tax Charges
It is our policy at present to pay a charge of 17.5% VAT to all orders overseas or within the UK. We do however reserve the right to change our VAT policy in the future.

Privacy Policy
Masons Needlecraft will not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site and are used to help the running of the site, but again no information stored in the cookies will be passed on to third parties.
